If you’re fat and unhealthy at 40, you’re not alone.

A lot of people spend their 20’s partying, and their 30’s building a career, or establishing and growing their business. You may have also spent a lot of time over the last 10 years raising a young family, and/or study part-time while working full-time. Your health may have slipped down your list of priorities.

But ask yourself… “What’s more important?” Is that career/business/degree any good to you or your family if it costs you your health, or even your life?

If you’re fat at 40, make a vow not to be even fatter at 50. Because unless you make changes to either your diet and/or movement, that’s what will happen. Your weight will keep increasing … so gradually that you hardly even notice. It might only be 1-2kg each year, but over a decade that adds up.
